* Note to all of our supporters and members:
Due to the ongoing Covid 19 interruptions, all of our charitable groups have been placed on hold until further notice. We wish for all of our colleagues, volunteers, leaders and members to stay well and keep moral up by singing and using the Voxy Song-book access page where possible. We will post updates as and when they occur. Please do get in touch should you have any questions, kind wishes VoxSkool Community Team: info@voxskool.com
VoxSkool Comunity are proud to announce being the winners of the Social Care Awards 2020, hosted by Global Health & Pharma for Best Music Therapy Service in Berkshire. We are thrilled and promise to continue delivering a very high standard to all our clients throughout this year on wards! Thanks to all those who nominated us!

VoxSkool Community has been delivering music therapy projects across Berkshire-Hants-Surrey for over 5 years. Our aim is to bring people together; encouraging strong relationships across communities through the power of music and singing together. We strive to provide a safe and supportive environment in which to sing, although singing is not the focus. Rather, it’s the teamwork and the relationship fostered within the group. We work with many walks of life including; Carers and those they care for, people living with illnesses such as COPD, Alzheimer’s, Parkinsons, Cancer patients and those who maybe living in poverty, sheltered housing or are isolated elderly or lonely. Our projects provide a life-line for many and we are looking forward to spreading more happiness throughout 2020 and well into the future. ‘We don’t sing because we’re happy, we’re happy because we sing’.

Our huge thanks go to Ingelheim Boehringer for sponsoring our wonderful Fun2Sing Carers Choir Wokingham this new winter term 2020! Without your support and donations/grants we would struggle to continue these great projects, so thank you so much again!

We are so proud to announce that after a successful bid to HIWCF, we have been awarded a grant meaning we can deliver our second ‘Sing Happy’ project to the wonderful residents of Hedgecroft Residential Home Yateley in Jan 2020!

A grant to VoxSkool Community Ltd has enabled older people in Yateley to get involved with ‘Sing Happy’ sessions. The group focuses on fun, laughter and joy, offering an opportunity for members to bond with new friends while singing uplifting songs that really boost the mood. The group also practice and perform shows that they invite friends and family along to enjoy.
